Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using HypurrQuant (“Service”), a Telegram bot service that provides cryptocurrency trading functionality through Hyperliquid API integration, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

HypurrQuant provides automated cryptocurrency trading services through:
  • Integration with Hyperliquid API for trade execution
  • Telegram bot interface for user interaction
  • Trading signals and portfolio management features

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:
  • Provide accurate information and maintain account security
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use the Service solely for lawful purposes
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials
  • Accept full responsibility for all trading decisions and their consequences

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not:
  • Use the Service for market manipulation or illegal activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Service
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use the Service to violate any exchange terms or regulations

5. FINANCIAL DISCLAIMERS

TRADING RISKS: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE: The Service provides technical tools only. We do not provide investment advice, recommendations, or guarantees of profitability. NO WARRANTIES: Trading results are not guaranteed. Past performance does not indicate future results.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
  • Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the fees paid in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater
  • We are not liable for trading losses, market volatility, or third-party service failures
  • We exclude all indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We do not guarantee Service availability or uninterrupted operation

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Service integrates with:
  • Hyperliquid API: Subject to Hyperliquid’s terms and conditions
  • Unit API: Subject to Unit’s terms and conditions
  • Telegram Platform: Subject to Telegram’s Bot Platform terms
  • Other third-party services as required for functionality
We are not responsible for third-party service failures or changes.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights to HypurrQuant, including software, algorithms, and documentation, remain our exclusive property. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access for:
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Legal compliance requirements
  • Technical or security reasons
Termination does not affect obligations that survive termination.

10. DATA AND PRIVACY

Personal data collection and processing are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to data processing as described therein.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

12. SEVERABILITY
